UPSers.com enterprise access management (EAM) web portal. It allows UPS employees to access their data online. Only UPS employees are able to access UPS EAM portal and access by any other parties is not authorized. Using UPSers websites UPS employees can view their UPSers benefits, view their UPSers paychecks and payroll or access UPS employee discounts. To access UPS EAM portal you will need your User ID and Password
Make sure that you are connected to the right website. First, check that the connection to the website is secured via HTTPS. Lock icon must be displayed in an address bar of your browser. To avoid fishing attacks you should verify that you’re connecting to the UPS website. To do this click on the lock icon displayed near the address of the website in a browser address bar. After that depending on a browser select “Show certificate” or “Details” to view detailed information about the security certificate. Verify that information in the certificate matches the corporate entity of the website you intend to use.
UPSers.com Initial Login Process
If you don’t have your User ID and Password you can generate them during the registration process. To start registration process you need to use following User ID and Password
User ID
User ID is your Employee ID (it is different from your SSN) which could be found on your pay stub.
PIN/Initial Password
PIN is a one-time initial password you will use to start the registration process. It consists with first two letters of your Last Name, two last digits of your year of birth and two last digits of your employee ID.

- Birth Year: 1964
- Employee ID: 0023489
- PIN is: sm6489
Once you have your User ID and PIN ready, type them into User ID and Password (your PIN goes here) fields and click “Log In”.
After that website will guide you through the initial registration process.You will need to review and agree to Terms and Conditions. After that, you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and, if appropriate, ID to access to UPS applications. Then you will need to create your challenge questions and responses. Make sure to use questions which could not be easily guessed.

The last step in the process will be creating your password. A password should be between 7 and 14 characters in length and user at least 1 upper-case and 1 numeric character. Don’t use numbers which could be easily guessed like your birth year, age, house number, phone number parts. Never share your password with anyone and store it in a place which isn’t easily accessible.
