Comdata Cardholder Services is an Internet Portal which could be used by Comdata cardholders to manage the Comdata cards. Only Comdata Cardholders are able to login to Comdata Cardholder Services Internet Portal. To access Comdata Cardholder Services you either need valid Username and Password or have a Comdata card in possession and its activation number.
Comdata Login Process
Navigate to Comdata Cardholder Services Internet Portal at https://w6.iconnectdata.com/chth/Controller?XFunction=LoginPage.
Before starting the login process make sure that you are connected to the Comdata website. First, check that the connection to the website is secured via HTTPS. Lock icon must be displayed in an address bar of your browser. To avoid fishing attacks you should verify that you’re connected to the Comdata website. To do this click on the lock icon displayed near the address of the website in a browser address bar. After that depending on a browser select “Show certificate” or “Details” to view detailed information about the security certificate. Verify that information in the certificate matches the corporate entity of the website you intend to use.
When you have verified that you are connected to the Comdata website you can proceed by typing your Username and Password into corresponding fields. After that click on “Log In” button to start the login process.
If you don’t have Username and Password but have Comdata card in possession you can register it by clicking on “Click here to register here” button on the left.
Issues during Comdata Login
- Password doesn’t match. Click on “Forgot your password” link. You will be asked to provide your Username and e-mail to start your password reset.
- Username doesn’t match. Click on “Forgot your username” link. You will be asked to provide your card number and e-mail address to proceed.
- Account not found. It is possible that your card is not registered yet. Click on “Click here to register here” button on the left to register your card.
